Make a return in 3 easy steps!
In our store, you do not have to worry about the fact that the selected product will not fit or will not meet your expectations in any other way.
1 Print the form
Generate return documents with address labels, and then print them. Secure the returned goods so that they do not get damaged during the return.
2 Send the package
Put the packed goods together with the return document (TEMPLATE WITHDRAWALS FORM) into a suitable bubble envelope or parcel box and seal it well, go to the nearest post office or call for courier and return it by registered mail or courier service.
 3 Refund
You will receive your money back up to 14 days after we receive your return.
 The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
