You could give a small notice with the capper (without a notice explaining this problem some buyers could be unsatisfied). About the design, the bar that pushes the caps could be made of brass rather than plastic. I found that I have to release the cap slightly as I'm seating it so that it stays on the nipple and there is a technique to reduce the chances of a double feed.
