Polish Cappers is a Polish brand specializing in the design and production of percussion cappers for black powder firearms. Since 2017, we have been creating tools that combine functionality, durability and maximum ease of use. Our mission is to provide cappers that make loading faster, safer and more comfortable for every shooter — from recreational users to competitive marksmen.

Our history and development

We began with the PCC model, which quickly gained recognition among shooters in Poland and around the world. In 2022, it was replaced by an improved version — PCCS, our current bestseller made from brass and manufactured on high‑precision CNC machines.

In the following years, we expanded our lineup with PCP PRO, PCP PRO 100 and Star Capper — lightweight, flexible and affordable solutions for shooters looking for simple and effective cappers.

How our cappers are made

We manufacture exclusively based on our own designs, taking care of every stage of the process — from concept and testing to hand assembly and final quality control.

CNC — premium‑grade precision

The PCCS model is made from brass machined on CNC equipment. It offers:

3D printing — lightweight and flexible

The PCP PRO, PCP PRO 100 and Star Capper models are produced using high‑quality TPU and PETG. They provide:

Every capper is hand‑assembled and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
